Hi! I'm Don Coggan, founder of Frugal Web Sites. After more than 25 years in engineering management (computerized automation systems), I decided in early 1996 to apply my technical and business experience to the Internet. I focus on developing sites that actually work for their owners. It's simply not enough for a site to be "cool." I employ capable specialists to supplement the work I do myself. This includes: business planning, market research, copywriting, graphics, HTML coding, Javascripts, CGI scripts, site promotion and accessible site design. In fact, this site has been designed for maximum practical accessibility.
